18 questions
Can I book an appointment for the same day?
Yes. Same-day slots open every morning and appear in the booking form. You can also message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll suggest the nearest available time.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Call us or send a WhatsApp message with your reference number. Please tell us at least four hours ahead, so another patient can use the time.
Can I choose my doctor?
Yes. The booking form lists the doctors who offer the service you chose. If you have no preference, pick “Any available doctor” for the earliest time.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You receive a reference number as soon as you send the request. We then confirm by phone or WhatsApp during working hours.
Can I book for a family member?
Of course. Enter the patient’s name and date of birth, and your own mobile number so we can reach you.
Which insurance companies do you accept?
The current list is on the Pricing & insurance page. If your insurer is not listed, call us: you may still be able to claim the cost back.
What is direct billing?
With direct billing we send the invoice to your insurer, and you pay only your share at the clinic. With reimbursement you pay in full and claim it back yourself.
Do I need approval from my insurer before treatment?
Some treatments need pre-approval, such as dental implants and physiotherapy programs. Our front desk sends the request for you and tells you when the answer arrives.
What should I bring if I am insured?
Your insurance card and your civil ID. A photo of both on your phone is enough.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your civil ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of the medicines you take, and any recent test results or X-rays.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before a first visit, to fill in a short form. For follow-up visits, arriving on time is enough.
Is there parking?
Yes. Visitors’ parking is in the basement of the building, and the first two hours are free with a stamp from our front desk.
Can I ask for a female doctor?
Yes. The doctors page can be filtered by gender, and the booking form shows who is available for each service.
How do I get my test results?
Results go to the doctor who asked for them, and a copy is ready for you at the front desk. Most routine tests are ready the same day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit cards and credit cards at the front desk. Payment is made at the clinic: this website does not take payments.
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Yes. After the consultation you get a written estimate. If the plan changes, we tell you the new cost before going ahead.
Can I pay in instalments?
For longer treatments, such as aligners and implants, the cost can be split across the stages of treatment. Ask at the front desk for the details.
Is the consultation fee taken off the treatment cost?
The consultation is charged separately. It covers the examination and your treatment plan, which is yours to keep.
