What this policy covers
This policy explains what information the clinic collects when you use this website, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It applies to the website only. Information you share during a visit is covered by the clinic's patient records policy.
Information we collect
Booking requests. When you request an appointment we collect your name, your mobile number, and, if you give them, your email address, your date of birth, your insurance provider and any notes you add. We use them to confirm the appointment and to prepare for your visit.
Contact messages. When you write to us we collect your name, a phone number or an email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use them to reply.
Nothing else is collected automatically. The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
Cookies and local storage
The website keeps two preferences in your browser: the language you chose and the color mode (light or dark). They are stored on your device only and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
How long we keep your information
Booking requests and contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than twelve months, unless they become part of your patient record.
Who can see it
Only the clinic's staff who handle appointments and messages. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. You can also call us instead of using the forms.
